My Alternative Yarn Suggestions & Amounts:The Croft Shetland Tweed Aran 3(4:6) 100g hanks, or WYS Bluefaced Leicester Aran – Dyed 6(8:12) 50g balls.
Needles: 5mm.
Gauge (tension): 24 stitches and 26 rows to 10cm square over rib pattern using 5mm needles.
Measurements: 29cm x approx. 124(152:224)cm.
My design ideas and advice: In those crisp, chilly days autumn and winter there is nothing more cosy than a hand knit, knitted love to keep your neck warm and your heart warmer. You can wear this either as a scarf or sew the ends together and wear it as a cowl, like I’ve done in the image, it’s pictured with the Emmen Jumper.
