My design ideas and advice: Since designing this pattern it has become a firm favourite with knitters. It’s easy to knit and easy to wear. I like my designs to bring joy when knitting and feel good one when they are finished.
This pattern is another that joins the family of simple designs inspired by vintage patterns but without all the kerfuffle of shaping. We are all unique and have curves in different places so I design my patterns to fit your body shape. I love using stitches to create shape as we all have different body shapes and my knitted garments are magical – I design them so they fit your unique shape perfectly. This simple technique is used in other patterns like the Dorothy Jumper, Devon Jumper and the Dakota Cardigan.
This v neck tank top is unisex so great for male and female bodies.
In the images you can see a long version (the blue one) and a short version (the purple one knitted in the Mohair Tweed)
