Faremanne Cardigan Pattern

£4.50

This single pattern is available as a download.

My design ideas and advice: This cardigan is designed to be oversized and because of that it is cropped. This then helps with the oversized feel without covering you up all over! This is the dk version of the Farrimond Cardigan from the Purl &Jane Simple Knits book. It is has a few small differences, can you spot all of them?? One of the small differences is that I added pockets to this version and changed the cable design very slightly. All things to enhance your knitting enjoyment!

For this pattern I used:

Yarn: 11(12:14:15) 50g balls of Mohair Tweed (70% merino/30% mohair, 110m/120yds per 50g).

Needles: 3.75mm circular needle (80cm or 100cm length) and 4mm.
Cardigan is knitted in flat pieces.

Gauge (tension): 19 stitches and 32 rows to 10cm/4ins square over moss stitch pattern using 4mm needles.
