My design ideas and advice: This crew neck cardigan is perfect for a baby boy or a baby girl. I used my favourite rib stitch, which I have named after the hat I first used it on, the Caspian Hat – an aran weight hat and the Kura Hat – a DK weight hat. I also used it on the edging for the Sephora Jumper and the Capra Hat. I shall continue to use it again and again because I love it so!
On this baby cardigan I used it as detail on the fronts. I added two cute pockets too but these are easy to leave out if you wanted to.
