Some breeds produce wool that's soft and silky, some are wonderfully springy, some have a beautiful sheen and others create the sort of sturdy, hardworking fabric that lasts for years.So rather than blending everything together, I wanted to curate a collection that lets each breed speak for itself.All of the yarns are spun in Yorkshire and are left completely undyed, allowing the natural colours of the fleece to shine through. The creamy whites, soft greys, rich browns and deep charcoal shades all come directly from the sheep themselves.Within the collection you'll find some familiar favourites, including beautifully soft Bluefaced Leicester, alongside a range of British breeds that many knitters may never have worked with before.Each one has its own personality.
