For this pattern I used:
Yarn & Amounts: 8(9:9:10) 100g hank of WYS The Croft Shetland Tweed Aran (100% Shetland Island Wool, 166m/182yds per 100g)
Metres: 1328(1494:1494:1660)m.
My Alternative Yarn Suggestions & Amounts: WYS Bluefaced Leicester Aran or WYS Jacob Aran 8(9:9:10) 100g hanks or Kilcarra Tweed 17(19:19:21) 50g balls.
Needles: 4.5mm and 5mm.
Tension: 17 stitches and 32 rows to 10cm square over moss stitch using 5mm needles.

My design ideas and advice: I love moss stitch. The texture it creates is amazing. I like taking classic stitch patterns and adding something to them to create something a little bit different. I believe that knitting should be simple yet effective. I used my favourite fibre to knit this jumper with my favourite stitches. This jumper shows you how easy it is to make the neck your own, some people like a polo neck and some like a crew neck, while a few like one in-between! So in this pattern I’ve include both to show how easy it is to make your perfect neck.
