MY DESIGN IDEAS AND ADVICE
I designed this garter stitch scarf with beginners in mind. It’s the simplest way to play with colour – just knit with each shade until the ball runs out! The Natural Light Brown comes in 100g hanks, which I divide into four 50g balls. That way, you can simply keep knitting without having to plan or think about it.
It’s also the perfect refresher project for more experienced knitters – one of those pieces you can pick up and put down at any time. The simple, soothing stitch lets the knitting do exactly what it should: relax the mind.
CONSTRUCTION
Knitted flat in one piece from the bottom up.

Cast on, knit, simple colour blocking, cast off.
