MY DESIGN IDEAS AND ADVICE
The Anastasia Scarf is a delicate triangle scarf, combining a simple garter stitch body with a beautiful lace edging. You start by casting on a small number of stitches, increase to create the widest point, and then decrease back down – forming the elegant triangular shape.
It’s a little bit tricky at first, so you might need to concentrate for the first few repeats until the rhythm of the increases and lace pattern settles into place. But once it clicks, it becomes a truly enjoyable and satisfying knit.
The yarn I originally used for this design has been discontinued, but there are lots of lovely substitutes.
A gentle, mindful project to enjoy one stitch at a time.
