Day 21 and a how to shape heel video

From my chats with knitters who want to learn to knit socks but hesitate to do so it seems the main block is the heel.

How do you knit the heel they say, it’s easy once you know how I say. They then, invariably, give me that look of disbelief.

So I thought this #socktober is the perfect month to share how to shape the heel. The video has no sound and is filmed in real time, so grab a cuppa and just watch the stitch by stitch knitting and how soothing and simple it is to shape the heel….
