For this pattern I used:
Yarn & Amounts: One (two) 50g hanks of 4 ply weight yarn.
Metres: approx. 200m (up to 400m)
My Yarn Suggestions & Amounts: WYS Signature 4 ply One ball.
Needles: 2.5mm double pointed.
Gauge (tension): 30 stitches and 42 rows to 10cm/4ins square over stocking stitch using 2.5mm needles.
Size: This sock fits all feet sizes with a simple adjustment that is shown in the pattern. It needs one hank for sizes up to UK 5 and two hanks for all sizes larger than 5.
My design ideas and advice: These socks have a simple lace rib on the front of them to create a delicate detail. Hand knit socks are the ultimate luxury and even more so when using natural fibres, as they have the magical ability to regulate your body temperature, so your feet will be the perfect temperature and so will you!
