Metres for shade A: 60m.
Metres for shade B: 40m.

Needles: 4mm.

Notions: Toy Stuffing, 2 buttons for eyes.

Gauge (tension): 20 stitches and 28 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch using 4mm needles.

Measurements: Head to tail approx. 18cm/7ins.

My design ideas and advice: These sheep are made up with just two main pieces and two little ears, so perfect for beginners and experienced knitters alike. The sheep in the photographs use yarn that is spun, dyed and made in Yorkshire from British wool, to reflect where Purl & Jane lives. You can personalise your sheep by your choice of yarn. You can also have your own flock of multi coloured sheep!
