Skills needed: You will need to know how to do a chain and a treble crochet.
These workshops are for crocheters who know how to do the very basics of crochet, the chain and a treble. We then take these skills to learn how to make granny squares.
Skills learnt: working a granny square and joining them together.
Materials included in cost: A Purl &Jane Cotton Kit bag including hook & enough gorgeous yarn to make a granny square, and how any depends on the size you want to make.
Just to keep everyone as safe as possible, these first few workshops (after the last year) are reduced in price because they do not include refreshments or lunch, please bring your own drinks and lunch.
Skills learnt: We will finesse any skills learnt previously so this is how to hold the hook and yarn, chain, slip stitch, double crochet, treble crochet and then learn the new skill of making a granny square and changing colours.
