Cancellation and Returns

You have the right to cancel an order within seven days of purchase or within seven days of receipt of the goods. You must cancel your purchase by contacting us in writing within seven days. Provided the products are received by us in an unused, unopened and resaleable condition we will refund full payment of the products. Please note we do not accept any returns on books and/or magazines for credit or refund due to copyright reasons. We cannot accept liability for products that are lost or damaged during transit. It is the customers responsibilty to carefully package your goods to prevent damage. We advise that goods are sent back by recorded delivery or courier and to insure goods to their full value. Please remember to include your name, address and copy of the original receipt as well as details of why you are returning your products. All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original order and will be processed within 21 days. We cannot pay for your return however if your purchase was faulty, we will refund you for the postage cost for the delivery of your purchase.

Faulty Goods

All our merchandise is made to a very high standard and inspected before leaving our shop. If for any reason you feel that the product is not up to standard please e-mail us with the details within 7 days of receipt and we will pick the faulty goods up and replace them with a new one. Please return goods in original packaging.

Orders

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Purl &Jane will take place on the despatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following; The product you ordered being unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment, the identification of a pricing or product description error, you not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions.If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by our Customer Services Representatives. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
